The Apple Watch Series 3 and iPhone 11 Pro Max lineup is now “obsolete”

They grow up very quickly. Apple has added the iPhone 11 Pro Max and every Apple Watch Series 3 model to its lineup of legacy products. Here’s what that means.

You’re probably familiar with the exercise: five years after Apple stops selling a product, you might label it a product classicwhich doesn’t change much in practice, since the company will still provide hardware service and spare parts.

But five years after that, the product may be labeled Outdatedeffectively ending all official support.

Today, as well spotted before MacRumorsThe company has added every Apple Watch Series 3 and iPhone 11 Pro Max model to its lineup List of vintage products. It is worth noting that the regular 5.8-inch iPhone 11 Pro is not included in the list, only the 6.5-inch iPhone 11 Pro Max.
