The very nice Apple Watch Series 11 is the Cupertino tech giant’s latest standard, released in September 2025 — but it’s not always the one on sale. Right now, however, you can bag great deals on the similarly outstanding Apple Watch Series 10 from Amazon and Walmart. I bought and reviewed it for Cult of Mac in September 2024, and as a proud owner of a 46mm model that is currently $150 off on Amazon, I say it’s a great buy.

Apple Watch Series 10 deals include different sizes, styles
Sure, Apple Watch Series 11 is out, but Apple Watch Series 10 saw an impressive evolution of Apple’s wearable, earning high marks despite being more iterative than revolutionary. I upgraded from a Series 6 and found the changes compelling enough to warrant the investment — and current deals prices all the more so. I gave the wearable a five-star review and still enjoy it every day. Other reviews showed a lot of enthusiasm, too. Please note, however, that current sale prices might not update to current prices in the sale boxes below, but you will see deals when you click through.
Design and display
Apple Watch Series 10 [GPS, 46mm case]
The Apple Watch Series 10 sports a sleek new design with a slimmer chassis, a bigger display and a faster chip. The build quality is also better than before.
- Sleek, stunning design
- Bright display
- Fast charging
- “All-day” battery life only lasts 18 hours
The 10th anniversary model features a sleeker profile than its predecessor at 9.7mm thick — the thinnest as of its release — with a 20% larger Always-On Retina display sporting nearly invisible bezels. The wide-angle OLED screen offers improved visibility from different angles and maintains 2000 nits of brightness.
I chose the then-new jet black aluminum finish, which looks premium (though it’s prone to smudging). I initially opted for the 42mm size but exchanged it for the 46mm model for an even more impressive display. My 46mm model is marked down from $429 to $279, or $150 off.
Performance and features
Powered by the new S10 chip, the watch delivers blazing-fast performance with instant app launches and smooth animations. Notable improvements include faster charging (full day’s power in 30 minutes), enhanced heart rate monitoring, dual temperature sensors for sleep and water tracking, and a speaker capable of playing music and podcasts.
The double-tap gesture and improved voice-to-text enhance everyday usability.
Trade-offs
Battery life remains at approximately 18 hours — matching the Series 9 but requiring daily charging. And until a recent software update, the watch also lacked blood oxygen sensing due to ongoing legal issues with Masimo.
While some competitors offer longer battery life, none match the Apple Watch’s comprehensive feature set within the Apple ecosystem.
Verdict: Go for Apple Watch Series 10 deals
For Series 6 or older users, the upgrade is worthwhile. Those with Series 7 to Series 9 models may find it less essential.
However, for iPhone users seeking the ultimate smartwatch experience, the Apple Watch Series 10 delivers a nearly perfect wearable, combining sophisticated health tracking, seamless ecosystem integration and premium design despite its premium price tag.
And if you prefer a smaller wearable, you can always go for the 42 mm Apple Watch Series 10. Walmart has a great clearance sale going that drops the smaller model to just $249. In some cases, you can get the upgraded GPS+Cellular model at that low price.
